How do you ensure the quality of your work?
Maintaining clear communication with clients and collaborating closely with venues and suppliers is key, as well as addressing any potential issues proactively. I only use highly skilled technicians and implement quality control measures whilst conducting thorough pre-event testing to guarantee flawless execution
Can you work with my existing AV setup?
Absolutely. More than happy to work with your current AV systems. I've built up a network of qualified techs who are experienced and have the expertise to work seamlessly with any existing setup, meaning I can match the right technicians with your kit and event.
Can you provide on-site support and management?
Yes absolutely. In addition to my consultancy service I do offer on site support. I can be there to manage the AV set up and rehearsals as well as the show day itself to ensure everything goes smoothly and to tackle any issues straight away.
What are your pricing and payment terms?
Every event or project is different, so I don't have a rigid pricing structure as such. Usually for one off projects/events it is a percentage of the overall budget for that event. If it's an ongoing project or events then please drop me a message to find out more.
How early do you need to be involved in the planning process?
It's always best to be involved from the very beginning I think, to get the details right and to offer the best service possible. But just like events things can and will change and sometimes i am brought in mid way through the planning which is absolutely fine as well.
